10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Day Crew
4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Night Crew
What We Need From You
- Integrity, care, and hustle.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain dependable attendance.
- Prepare all food to Mama Roscoe’s specifications, food builds, using ingredients for recipes, replenish and restocking all food items.
- Accurately taking orders from our guests, provide friendly service, and work efficiently during rush periods.
- Keep work areas clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next shift. “Clean as you go”.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
- Work cooperatively with the team, and help wherever needed during your shift.
Physical & Workplace Expectations
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant setting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and restock typical restaurant items.
- Comfort working around ovens, kitchen heat, and active prep areas.
- Professional attitude, teamwork, and willingness to take direction.
